Moon Mosiac 2
by Doug Scobel

Here’s another mosaic of the waning crescent moon from some images I took on the morning of Thursday, October 7, 2004. This shot is a mosaic of eight overlapping images taken through my 8-inch f/8 Newtonian reflector, with Televue 14mm Radian eyepiece, using a Nikon Coolpix 800 digital camera. I used ArcSoft’s Panorama Maker to create the mosaic. North is at the top.
