May 6, 2006 was Astronomy Day, and Lowbrows gathered near the Radio Telescope at Peach Mountain Observatory to collect some photons. But first things first, we had cameras and Lowbrows, therefore we needed to take some group photos....

Next telescopes needed to be set up.
This was not the time for observing faint galaxies (the moon was at quarter phase, that’s the bright thing in the photograph below). However we observed craters on the moon, Jupiter, Saturn, Comet 73P/Schwassmann-Wachmann 3 and a few other objects.
