How It Works
The Integrated Health Management System is the data warehouse for an evaluation strategy to study the health and economic impact of health management programs on organizations. The information system includes, but is not limited to, five major data components:
- Health Risk Assessment
- Personnel Data
- Wellness Program Participation Records
- Medical/Pharmacy Claims
- Productivity Records
The system contains one record per person for all of the employees/members and/or their family members for an entire study period. The family data are included if possible due to the impact the family has on health and health care costs and utilization.
