The ending of the Rocket Panel did
not end the University of Michiganās involvement in space research, however.
The University continued to participate in many of NASAās research projects.
NASA also funded developments at U of M, including the Space Research Building
in 1964. The space related curriculum has continued to grow, with
courses involving all aspects of space sciences and engineering.
