The Moon Occults the Pleiades.
by Aaron Thero

This photograph was taken by Aaron Thero on Sunday December 3, 2006. On that evening, the Moon passed in front the Pleiades (also known as the “Seven Sisters”). The bright spot on the right is the Moon and the group of stars just to the left is the Pleiades.
