  • Part 3 -Applicatons of Movement Science: Body composition and weight control; Exercise training; Strength development; Physical activity, health, disease and aging.

There are 2 quizzes (20 point multiple choice questions) based on textbook and web-based readings and 1 exam (60 point multiple choice questions) based on lectures and readings. Final grades are criterion referenced (no curve).
