Near Future:

The outside of the building cannot be changed, but the inside of the building has been undergoing renovations and will continue to have the quality and the level of the building increased. The first things on the list are:

• HVAC system (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning) in classrooms, studios, and practice rooms
• Continue replacing ceilings and floors in public areas

Within 3-5 years:

• Dean Kendall talked in his interview about the formation of an "arts district" on North Campus that would be able to hold Music, Theater, and Dance all together on North Campus.
• The first step of this was the construction of the Walgreen Center and Arthur Miller Theater.
