All of the Mac info is stored in files in the ".AppleDouble" subdirectory
of each directory. If you move these files to their correct locations,
everything should work correctly.

IIRC, someone once wrote some simple scripts to make rm, mv, cp, etc., do
all of this automatically. Does anyone remember any more details?
