An Discussion with
Valerie Traub

Beginning with a discussion about Professor Traub's
book, The Renessance of Lesbianism in Early Modern England,
we engaged in a conversation about, but not limited to, historicizing
sexuality and gender, interdisciplinary methodology, rethinking
the Premodern/Modern and East/West in gender and sexuality studies.
