The land was occupied by son Mahlon and was "beginning at the River Delaware thence along a road to Isaac Robins line north one degree and thirty minute west two hundred & forty five perches from the bank of the river to a stone corner of Thomas Croyers land thence by it and Daniel Burgess land north eighty seven degrees & fifteen minutes east ninety five perches to a stone thence by Isaac Ivins land south south thirteen degrees and thirty minutes east twenty four perches to a white oak and south three degrees east eleven perches and six tenths of a (?) and south seven degrees east twenty perches to a stone & south thirteen degrees east twleve perches to a stone & south thirty eight degrees fifteen minutes east forty one perches to a willow south sixty degrees of west seventeen perches to a stone and south eighty eight degrees … to the place beginning containing one hundred seventy two acres … it being the same land and estate which the administrators of Aaron Ivins deceased granted and conveyed to the said Mahlon Hutchinson in fee in deed dated 1814 4th month 1th record in deed book No 43 page 427 …".
