1900 Christoph C Allen (born in Illinois in Feb 1862, married for 19 years) lived in Elk, Washita County, Oklahoma, in a household with Sarah M Allen (age 38), Charles B Allen (age 16), Miley F Allen (age 9), Richard R Allen (age 6), Mattie V Allen (age 4) and Henry M Allen (age 2). Christoph C Allen's parents were both born in Illinois. The house was rented. Christoph C Allen was a farmer. [2]

C. C. Allen, Pioneer County Resident, Dies C. C. Allen, pioneer resident of Sentinel and Washita county, died early Thursday morning at his home here. Funeral service for Mr. Allen will be held Friday afternoon at the Methodist church.
Mr. Allen died about 6:00 o'clock Thursday morning. He had been sick since Friday, when he suffered a stroke of paralysis.
The funeral service Friday will be in charge of Rev. A. T. Hill, pastor of the New Hope Methodist church. Burial will be at the Sentinel cemetery.
Mr. Allen was born February 24, 1860, in Macon county Missouri. From Missouri he moved to Texas and came from Texas to Oklahoma in 1893. He filed on a farm northeast of Sentinel, and has lived there and in Sentinel since this date. Mrs. Allen died August 22, 1934.
Mr. Allen is survived by three sons: C. B. and R. R. Allen of Sentinel, and H. N. Allen of Gallen, Mich., and four daughters, Mrs. George Moore of Carnegie; Mrs. Eula Moore, of Houston, Tex.; Mrs. Mattie Jackson, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. B. D. Jarue of Michigan.
1949 [Daughter] Mrs Eula Mae Allen died on November 14 in Houston, Harris County, Texas. She was born on January 30, 1885 in Montague, county, Texas, daughter of Christopher Columbus Allen and Sarah May Anderson. She had lived at Houston, Harris, Texas. [6]
