Chancery Sale of Land. Joseph W. Gibson, vs. U. L. York, Adin'r of estate nf W. II. Deaderick, and James jonnson. IN OBEDIENCE TO AN ORDER MADE AT the last term of the Court, in this cause, I will proceed to sell, on the premises, on the 10th day or August next, on six and twelve mouths time, in bar of the right of redemption, the following described piees or parcels of LAND lying in McMinn county, Tennesee, on Eastenallee Creek, seven miles South of Athens, known as the Doctor Deaderick place, to wit: One Tract, containing Two Hundred and Thirty Nine Acres and Three-fourth, of an Acre (239 3/4) more or less, being the Mill Place formerly owned by Nicholas P. Dodson, and by him conveyed to Dr. W.H. Deaderick; the other Tract adjoining the same, containing One Hundred Acres (100) more or less, conveyed to the said W. H. Deaderick by Jesse J. Dodson, and by him sold to A. B. Graham, and conveyed to the complainant in this eause containing in all one Tract of 339 3/4 Acres, more or less, with the exception of 15 acres, more or less, Including tho old Tanyard sold to Allen Ware off the first mentioned tract, and also five acres off the seoond named tract to tbe said Ware, note and security will be required of the purchaser and a lien retained until all tbe purchase money is paid.

1885 Allen Ware died on February 26, 1885 and was buried at South Liberty Cemetery, Riceville, McMinn County, Tennessee. Allen Ware was born on March 15, 1800. [9]
