1845 Martha Allen and Andrew Kinman were married on July 3 in Ripley County, Missouri. [1]
1850 Andrew J Kinman (age 26, born in Georgia) lived in Franklin County, Illinois, in a household with Patsey Kinman (age 25), and Wm Kinman (age 2). Andrew J Kinman was a farmer. [2]
1851 A pension card named Andrew J Kinman, Inv (invalid?) in Illinois, with service as a private under Capt Browning in Mexican (War) with dependent Martha King (widow). An entry, dated July 27, 1880, "O W Wid." in Missouri. [3]
1856 Martha Kinman and Andrew J Kinman were divorced in Salem County, Illinois. [4]

Kiuman, that the said Martha Kinman has filled her bill in Chancery for a Divorce; that summons has issued on the same, now unless you be and personally appear before the said Circuit Court on the first day of the next term thereof, to be holden at the courthouse in Salem, in said Marion county, and plead answer or demur to said bill the bill be taken for confessed and a decree entered accordingly.

1900 Martha A King (born in North Carolina in Sep 1829, married for 29 years), wife, lived in Howell, Howell County, Missouri, in a household with John S King (age 60), and Nora L Kinman (age 18). Martha A King's parents were both born in Virginia. Martha A King had had 4 children, 1 still living. [17]
SHERIFF'S SALE By virtue and authority of a general execution issued from the office of the clerk of the circuit court of the county of Howell, state of Missouri, returnable to the March term, 1905, thereof, and to me, as sheriff of Howell county, Missouri, directed and delivered, in favor of E. Reichart and against George W. Shanks et al, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest and estate of defendante, George W. Shanks et al of, in and to the following described real estate, situated in the county of Howell and state of Missouri, to-wit: Part of the sw qr of the 8w qr of sec. 32, twp 25, north of range 7 west, described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at the nw corner of the sw qr of the sw qr sec. 32, twp 25, range 7 west, running thence east 39 rods, thence south 560 east to east line of said sw qr of sw qr, thence south, 306 links, thence west 2,000 links, thence north 1,986 links.
Also the east hf of lots 1,2 and 3 of the ne qr of sec 5, twp, 24, north of range 7 west, and a part of w hi of lots 2 and 3 of the ne qr of sec. 5, twp. 24, range 7 west, described a8 follows, to-wit: Beginning st the ne corner of said lot 3 of the ne qr of sec. 5, twp. 24, range 7 west, running thence west 95 rods and 9 links, thence south 4680 links, thence east 14 rods and nine links, thence south 2,000 links, thence east 2017 links, thence north 6680 links to the place of beginning, which said land is fully described by a deed from John S. King and wife to George W. Shanks, recorded in book 54 at page 619 of deed records of Howell county, Missouri, and I will on WEDNESDAY, MARCH, 29TH 1905, between the hours 9 o'clock in the forenoon and 5 o'clock in the afternood of that day, at the east door of the court house, in the city of West Plains, Howell county, and state of Missouri, and during the session of the said cir court of Howell county, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash in hand, all the right, title interest and estate of the aboved-named defendants, George W. Shanks et al, on, in and to said real estate to satisfy said execution and costs.
Trustee's Sale. Whereas John S. King and Martha A. King, his wife, by their certain deed of trust dated the 7th day of November, 1906, and recorded in the recorder's office of Howell county, Missouri, at deed book 05, page 424, conveyed to the undersigned all their right, title interest and in and to the following described real estate situated in the county of Howell, and state of Miesouri, to wit:
The east half of lot one of the northwest quarter, and west half of lot one of northeast quarter of section five, township twenty-four, north of range seven, west.
Which said conveyance was made in trust to secure the payment of a certain promissory note in said deed described; and whereas, the said note has become due and is unpaid: now, therefore, in accordance with the provisions of said deed of trust and at the request of the legal holder of said note. I will proceed to sell the above described real estate at the court house door, in the city of West Plains, in the county of Howell state aforesaid, to the bighest bidder for cash, at public auction, on SATURDAY, MARCH 12, 1910, between the hours of nine o'cleck in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that date, to satisfy said note together with the cost and expense of executing this trust.
