Notes for Mary Research Cockerham

This potential link between the Cockerham and Clapp lines is highly speculative, with no "evidence" other than dna matches. Robert Wolfe has dna matches with descendants of John Cockerham (father of Mary Cockerham) and with descendants of John B Bundrick and Mary Magdalene Clapp (daughter of Joseph Clapp). Those descendants also have dna matches with each other. Based on what we know now, it is plausible that Joseph Clapp and Mary Cockerham were married. We seek further clarification about this potential Cochran-Clapp relationship.
