1850 Sarah Page (age 25, born Ohio) and Elizabeth Page (age 23, born Ohio), likely the daughters of Thomas and Catherine Page, lived in the household of Barcilla Scott (age 68, born New Jersey) in Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. [1] Barzilla Scott [2] was Thomas Page's first cousin, son of his mother's brother, Barzillai Scott, if the relationships that we show are correct.
1860 Caroline Evans (age 28, born in Ohio) lived in Cincinnati Ward 14, Hamilton County, Ohio, in a household with Ann E Evans (age 15), Kate H Evans (age 9), Franklin W Evans (age 4), George Ward (age 20), Edward Hapwood (age 22), James Stevens (age 20), William Fimday (age 30), Thomas Creighton (age 20), Eliza Page (age 30, born in Ohio), Mary Maroney (age 23), Bridget Corbett (age 14), and Charles J Brass (age 29). [3]
1863 The will of Barzilla Scott, dated April 22, 1863, in Clermont County, Ohio, was produced in the Clermont County Court on May 20, 1864. Specific legacies were given to Catherine Shute of Cincinnati, widow of Milton Shute, deceased; Margaretta Babbitt, wife of Hathaway Babbitt; Elizabeth Page; Jane Johnson, the sister of Catharine Shute; Elma Fogg of Salem County, New Jersey; Rebecca S. Pickett wife of Mchain S Pickett of Salem County, New Jersey; Sarah M Wright wife of Ebenezer M Wright, of Salem County New Jersey; and Rebecca Frazee daughter of William Frazee, of Clermont County. The residual estate was bequeathed to the children (the children were named) of deceased sister Mary Garwood and deceased brother Joseph Scott. Barzilla Garmond of Burlington County, New Jersey and Jacob Olemmer of Cincinnati, Ohio were named executors. [4] [5]
1870-1882 Elizabeth Page was involved in many real estate transactions in Hamilton County, Ohio:
1870 Elizabeth Page purchased lot 256 in Van Horns continuation, Cincinnati on the south side of 7th street between Baymiller and Freeman streets from Abraham Ross on November 21. [6]
1872 Elizabeth Page got a mortgage from Daniel Brown for 20 acres of land in Mill Creek township, section 74, township 3, range 2 Miami Purchase. [7]
1876 Elizabeth Page purchased land from William Tingley in Hamilton County, Ohio on May 9. The land was in section 36, township 5, range 2 in the Miami purchase adjacent to lands of Ira Broadwell, Enoch Pancoast, Aaron Clark. [8]
1878 Elizabeth Page purchased land from James T DeMar on July 5. The land was in section 1, township 4, range 1 of the Miami Purchase adjacent to a graveyard. [9]
1878 Elizabeth Page purchased land from Lida B Jewett on September 24. The land was in Anderson township, adjacent to land of E. J. Turpin. [10]
1880 Elizabeth Page was named in a court suit involving Daniel Robinson (administrator of Nicholas J Robinson), Catharine Shute, and several persons named Mally, including Teague Mally. The suit involved land known as Railroad Hotel, formerly owned by Strader and Garman. [11]
1880 Widow Edmonia R Guard gave a mortgage to Elizabeth Page for 106 acres of land in section 25, township 1, range 2 of the Miami purchase on June 6. The land was on the bank of the Ohio River. The land had been owned by William Guard by Hamilton county deed 442-624. [12]
1880 Elizabeth Page purchased land from Peter Marx on September 16. The tract was in section 18, township 2, range 2 Miami Purchase. [13]
1881 Elizabeth Page purchased lot 170 on plat A in the subdivision made from George Brown's estate from A. R. Von Martels on October 31. [14]
1882 Elizabeth Page brought suit against David Devore on May 17 concerning land that she had purchased. The land was lots 1, 2, and 3 of Jewitt & Ferris subdivision in the town of Linwood, Spencer township, Hamilton County. [15]
1882 Caroline Evans was the administrator for the estate of Elizabeth Page. [16] [17]
1882 Elizabeth Page died on October 22, at age 58, and was buried at Spring Grove Cemetery, Cincinnati, Ohio in a lot owned by W. F. Evans. Elizabeth was the daughter of Thomas and Catherine Page. [18]

1882 Sarah H Davis (and husband John K Davis) of Welden, North Carolina was one of two heirs at law of Elizabeth Page. They made a release and quit claim to Caroline Davis of Cincinnati related to the estate of Elizabeth Page, deceased. Several pieces of real estate were described. The quit claim deed was dated December 12. [21] Three tracts of land were described:
1) a lot at the intersection of Broadway and Front Streets in Cincinnati conveyed to Elizabeth Page by Teague Mally et al by deed 525-348 (see 1880 deed 523-348).
2) lot 170 on plat A. (see 1881 deed 525-231)
3) Lots 1, 2, and 3 of the Jewett & Ferris subdividion citing deed 533-123. (see 1882 deed 533-189)
1883 Caroline Evans, administratrix for the estate of Elizabeth Page, brought suit against Marx et al. (see the 1880 mortgage book 434-565) [22]
