The will was proved on September 16, 1729. Sarah Webb, John Pickett, and John McKenny provided security. [14]

1730 The Essex county court gave a judgement concerning an action of debt brought by Sarah Webb against James Griffin. The action involved a bond dated 1823 by which Sarah Webb was to receive money from the estate of James Fullerton [Sarah's deceased first husband]. [15]

1730 Auditors of the Essex county court returned a report on November 17 concerning the motion of Sarah Webb against James Griffin. The report stated that James Griffin had paid Sarah Webb for the maintaining of three children from the year 1717 to the year 1728. Money was due for later years, but one of the children had married. An extensive biosketch summarizes several facts about Sarah and her spouses. [20] The will of James Fullerton was dated in 1678. Sarah Fullerton and James Griffin provided bond for the administration of the estate of James Fullerton in 1714. Sarah Webb provided security for the estate of James Webb in 1717. Son James Fullerton's will named his mother Sarah Webb in 1727.

Several undocumented reports have been interpreted [incorrectly] as a marriage record for Sarah Fullerton and James Webb in 1742. In fact these are citations to Essex County Order Book 13 page 16, which is the 1742 petition by Sarah Webb for her dower rights. It is not her marriage. [21]

1742 Sarah then married James Webb. (Sarah Fullerton, widow of James married ? Webb). [22] [23] [24] [25] [26]

1695-99 Sarah Pickett [perhaps an erroneous attribution] conveyed to her father Henry Pickett of Southfarnam parish of Essex County, 100 acres on branches of Piscatacon. (she must have been at least 21). [27] [28] This was likely Sarah Camell, party to a deed witnessed by Sarah Pickett.
