1828 William Torrison and Mary W Birkby were married in Loudoun County, Virginia. [1] [2]

1839 William Torrison attested to the age of Rebecca Torrison when she married Temple Fouch on 21 January at Loudoun County, Virginia. [3]

1840 Wm Torrison age 30-40 lived in District 1, Loudoun County, Virginia with wife age 20-30, son age 15-20 and female age 60-70. [4]

1846 William Torrison was on a Methodist Church comittee at Leesburg, Virginia.

1850 Wm Torrison (age 45, born in Virginia, blacksmith) lived in Leesburg Twp, Loudoun County, Virginia, in a household with Mary Torrison (age 35), Wm Hamnett (age 34), Belona Frale (age 25), Margaret Lewis (age 20), and Thos Lewis (age 7). [6]

1855 Mary W. [Birkby] Torrison died on December 13, 1855 and was buried at Union Cemetery, Leesburg, Loudoun County, Virginia. Mary W. Birkby Torrison was born on April 25, 1809. [7] [8] [9]

1857 William Torreysen, widow age 51, and Mary Simpson were married on March 17. William Torreysen was a son of John Torreysen and Ann Torreysen. [10] [11] [12]

1859 William Torrison died on November 16 in his 54th year and was buried at Union Cemetery, Leesburg, Loudoun County, Virginia. [14] [15] He died of Cancer of the Stomach. [16]
