(part now in Mifflin Twp.), Dauphin Co., Pa. In Pennsylvania militia during Revolutionary War. Children: Elizabeth (Weiss), Susanna, Jacob, Anna Maria (Hartman), Catharine (Bitting), John Philip, Barbara (Nowinger - Pfeiffer), Michael, Daniel, (Eva) Christina (Orendorff), John, and perhaps others who died in infancy.
