1748 Jacob Weaver was born on June 8. [1]

c 1753 Magdalena Oberholtzer, daughter of Jacob F Oberholtzer and Barbara Kilheffer, was born. [2]

c 1773 Magdalena Oberholtzer (1750-1820) married Jacob Weaver. [3] [4]

They lived in Somerset County, Pennsylvania. Magdalene was buried in Shetler Cemetery. [5]

1791 Magdalena Weaver, spouse of Jacob Weaver, died in 1791 in Conemaugh Twp, Somerset County, Pennsylvania. She was born in 1748 in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania, daughter of Jacob Oberholtzer. [6]

Some of the children may have moved to Holmes County, Ohio. [7] [8]

1820 Peter Weaver lived in Berlin Twp, Coshocton County, Ohio in a household with males: 5 (Under 10) and 1 (26 thru 44); and females: 3 (Under 10), 1 (10 thru 15), and 1 (26 thru 44). [10]

1820 Daniel Weaver lived in Mechanics Twp, Coshocton County, Ohio in a household with males: 2 (Under 10), 1 (10 thru 15), and 1 (26 thru 44); and females: 2 (Under 10), 1 (10 thru 15), 1 (16 thru 25), and 1 (26 thru 44). [11]

1824 Holmes County, Ohio was established from Cochocton, Wayne, and Tuscarawas Counties. [12]

1825 Matthias Holler sold land to Jacob Weaver of Holmes County, Ohio on October 1. The tract was in section 20, Twp 8, Range 5. The deed was written in Dutch. [13]

1826 Jacob Weaver and Samuel Weaver were taxed in Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio. [14]

1827 Bayles Jenings sold land to Jacob Weaver of Holmes County, Ohio. The tract was in section 36, Twp 15, Range 11. [15]

1828 John Bickle and Sarah Weaver were married on February 10 in Holmes County, Ohio. [16]

1830 David Weaver lived in Mechanic Twp, Holmes County, Ohio in a household with males: 1 (10 thru 14), 1 (15 thru 19), 1 (20 thru 29), and 1 (40 thru 49); and females: 1 (5 thru 9), 1 (15 thru 19), and 1 (50 thru 59). [17]

1830 Peter Weaver lived in Berlin Twp, Holmes County, Ohio in a household with males: 1 (Under 5), 1 (5 thru 9), 1 (10 thru 14), 2 (15 thru 19), 1 (20 thru 29), and 1 (40 thru 49); and females: 1 (5 thru 9), 2 (10 thru 14), 1 (20 thru 29), and 1 (40 thru 49). [18]

1830 Samuel Weaver lived in Berlin Twp, Holmes County, Ohio in a household with males: 2 (5 thru 9) and 1 (30 thru 39); and females: 2 (5 thru 9) and 1 (20 thru 29). [19]

1830 John Weaver Sr lived in Berlin Twp, Holmes County, Ohio in a household with males: 1 (70 thru 79); and females: 1 (10 thru 14) and 1 (60 thru 69). Several other Weaver households were listed nearby, along with John Mast [see deed 1842]. [20]

1833 Peter Weaver and Susannah Rohrer were married on April 26 in Holmes County, Ohio. [21]

1833 John Cunningham and Katharine Weaver were married on May 14 in Holmes County, Ohio. [22]

1833 Abraham M Yoder and Susannah Weaver were married on December 24 in Holmes County, Ohio. [23]

1837 Peter, Peter S, Jacob, and Samuel Weaver were taxed in Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio. [24]

1839 Jacob Weaver of Holmes County purchased land from Philip Areon. on April 20. [see the deed of Fredreick Hoffman dated 1842]. [25]

1840 Frederick Hoffman sold land to Elias Miller, both of Walnut Creek Twp, Holmes County, Ohio. Frederick Hoffman owed money for three notes held by Jacob Weaver, Jr. [26]

1840 Jacob Weaver lived in Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio in a household with males: 2 (20 thru 29) and 1 (60 thru 69); and females: 1 (15 thru 19) and 1 (50 thru 59). [27]

1841 Jacob Weaver Senr. and wife Cathrina sold land to Daniel Row. on January 1. The land was in Twp 7, Range 5. John Jones had received a patent for the land in 1829 and then sold the land to Andrew Eash on August 9, 1834, who sold the land to Jacob Weaver on April 2, 1835. [28]

1842 Frederick Hoffman of Walnut Creek sold 2 tracts to Jacob Rinehart. The two tracts, one in section 8, Twp 7, Range 5 and the other in section 13, Twp 8, Range 5 were sold by Philip Areon to Jacob Weaver on April 20, 1839 and then by Jacob Weaver to Frederick Hoffman on April 4, 1840. [29]

1842 Jacob Weaver and John Weaver of Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio, purchased land from John Mast. The land was in Twp 9, Range 5. [30]

1843 Several tracts from the estate of David Weaver were transferred and quit claims were made regarding the estate.

1844 William Tilden and wife Margaret of Miami County, Indiana signed a quit claim for John Weaver of Holmes County, Ohio on March 29. [31]

1844 Catharine Weaver signed a quit claim to John Weaver on March 29. The tract was in Mechanic Twp, Holmes County, lot 2, Twp 8, Range 6. [32]

1844 Daniel Weaver and wife Izebel signed a quit claim for John Weaver, all of Holmes County, Ohio, on March 29. [33]

1844 Abraham Fry and wife Sidny signed a quit claim for John Weaver on September 29. [34]

1844 Abraham Miller and wife Elizabeth signed a quit claim for John Weaver, all of Holmes County, Ohio, on December 27. [35]

1843 John Spring and wife Hannah signed a quit claim for John Weaver on March 29. [36]

1843 John Weaver and wife Margery sold land to Henry McCausland Jr on March 29. The tract was in Mechanic Twp, Holmes County, lot 2, Twp 8, Range 6. [37]

1850 Jacob Weever (age 74, born in Pennsylvania) lived in Walnut Creek, Holmes County, Ohio, in a household with John Weever (31), and Martha Weever (38). Jacob Weever was a farmer. [38]

1856 Jacob Weaver sold land to Samuel Weaver, both of Holmes County, Ohio, on May 17. The land was in Walnut Creek, section 20, Twp 9, Range 5, military district of Zanesville. [39]

1847 On April 3, Mary Weaver brought a petition for dower against Isaac H Weaver, Sarah G Page, Isabel R Cooper wife of Charles Cooper, Charles Cooper, Mary Weaver heirs at law of Jacob Weaver dec'd Sural Gray Charles Cooper Exrs of Jacob Weaver deceased in Knox County, Ohio. [40]
