1848 On 15 December, Anna Reed, daughter of Abraham Reed and Mary Weaver, was born in Ohio. [1] [2] [3]

1860 Saml Ramer (age 19, born in Ohio) lived in Olive Twp, Elkhart County, Indiana, in a household with Jacob Ramer (age 45), Catharine Ramer (age 46), David Ramer (age 18), John Ramer (age 15), Noah Ramer (age 13), Barbara Ramer (age 8), and Martin Good (age 24). [4]

1870 Abraham Reed (age 52) lived in Union City, Elkhart County, Indiana, with wife Mary Reed and Noah (age 23), Aaron (age 21), Anna (age 21), Abraham (age 19), Mary (age 17), Lydia (age 17), and Elias (age 15). [5]

1870 Samuel Ramer (age 29, born in Ohio) lived in Moreau Twp, Morgan County, Missouri. Samuel Ramer's occupation was farmer. [6]

1878 On 25 April, Anna Reed and Samuel Ramer were married in Elkhart County, Indiana by John Metzler. [7] [8] [9]

1880 Annie Ramer (age 32, born in Ohio, married), wife, lived in Moreau Twp, Morgan County, Missouri, in a household with Samul Ramer (age 39). Annie Ramer's parents were both born in Pennsylvania. [10]

1900 Samuel Ramer (born in Ohio in Nov 1840, married for 22 years) lived in Moreau Twp, Morgan County, Missouri, in a household with wife Anna Ramer (born in Ohio in Dec 1848), Jacob A Ramer (age 19), Mary C Ramer (age 17), John R Ramer (age 14), Amos I Ramer (age 11), and Ira W Ramer (age 9). Anna Ramer's father was born in Virginia and her mother was born in Pennsylvania. Samuel Ramer's occupation was farmer. Anna Ramer had had 6 children, 5 still living. [11]

1910 Annie Ramer (age 61, born in Ohio, married for 32 years), wife, lived in Moreau Twp, Morgan County, Missouri, in a household with Samuel Ramer (age 69), Jacob A Ramer (age 29), Mary C Ramer (age 27), John R Ramer (age 24), Arnous J Ramer (age 21), Ira Ramer (age 19), and Rose Gerber (age 19). Annie Ramer's father was born in Virginia and her mother was born in Pennsylvania. Annie Ramer could read and write. [12]

1917 Samuel Ramer died (1840-1917) and was reported buried in Mount Zion Cemetery, Varsilles, Morgan County, Missouri. [13]

1917 An obituary for Samuel Ramer reported [14]:

Ramer. - Bro. Samuel Ramer was born in Crawford County, Ohio, Nov. 24, 1840; died at his home near Versailles, Mo., May 3, 1917; aged 76 y. 5 m. 9 d. April 25, 1878, he was united in marriage with Annie Reed of Nappanee, Indiana. To this union 5 sons (one of whom died in infancy), and 1 daughter were born. He is survived by his companion, 4 sons, 1 daughter and 2 grandchildren. At the age of 21 he united with the Mennonite Church and remained a loyal, faithful member until death. Funeral services at Mt. Zion Church, May 6, conducted by Bros. Amos Gingerich and D. F. Driver. Text, "I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course." Interment in adjoining cemetery. Peace to his ashes. His soul is at rest.

1918 Anna Ramer, daughter of Abraham J Reed and Mary Weaver, died, at age 69 on September 20, 1918, in Lubbock County, Texas. Anna Ramer was born on December 15, 1848, in Chio. [15]

1918 Anna Ramer was buried at Mount Zion Cemetery, Varsilles, Morgan County, Missouri. [16]

1918 An obituary for Ann Reed Ramer reported [17]:

Ramer.- Anne (Reed) Ramer, wife of Samuel Ramer, who died May 3, 1917, was born in Mahoning County, Ohio, Dec. 15, 1848; died in Lubbock, Tex., Sept. 20, 1918; aged 69 y. 9 m. 5 d. Sister Ramer united with the Mennonite Church in Elkhart County, Indiana, where she grew to womanhood. She was an earnest Christian, always present at church and S. S. when possible. She was united in marriage with Samuel Ramer, Apr. 25, 1878, and the moved to Morgan Co, Mo., where they all lived until her death. To this union five sons and one daughter were born, all of whom, except for one son, survive her. She is also survived four brothers, two sisters, and four grandchildren. July 31 she went to visit her daughter living at Petersburg, Rex. Sept. 15 she took seriously sick. All that could be done to relieve her was done but to no avail. An operation was advised but even that did not stay the death messenger. Her body was taken to her home near Versailles, Mo., where funeral services were conducted by the brethren, Amos Gingerich, D. F. Driver, and C. F. Derstine at the Mt. Zion Chruch, after which interment was made in the adjoining cemetery.

1961 On 28 August, Mary Catherine Fisher, born 26 Feb 1883 to parents Samuel Ramer and Anna Reed, died in Hale County, Texas. [18]
