170x Sarah Doughty, daughter of Jacob Doughty and Amy Whitehead, was born about this time on a January 19 in New York. [1] [2]

1724 Jonathan Humphries and Sarah Doughty announced for the second time to the Burlington Quaker meeting, their intentions to marry. [3] [4] [5]

1744 Sarah Humphreys died on September 23 in Merion Hills, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Sarah Humphreys was buried at Merion Friends Burial Ground, Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. She was born on January 19, 1704 [this disagrees with the family bible record cited in her parent's notes] in Hempstead, Nassau County, New York. [6]

1745 Jonathan Humphrys was named as a freeholder in Chester Township, Burlington County, New Jersey on April 15. [7]

1771 Jonathan Humphreys died on August 27. Jonathan Humphreys was buried at Merion Friends Burial Ground, Merion Station, Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. He was born on September 9, 1698. [8] [9]

1758 John Humphreys and Sarah Doughty of Burlington married on May 8. [12] [13]

Jonathan was a son of Daniel Humphrey and Hannah Wynn. They lived in the Bounds of Radnor MM in the Welsh Tract in then Chester County, Now Montgomery County. Sarah married a cousin of Mary's husband, John Jones. They lived in the Bounds of Radnor MM in the Welsh Tract in then Chester County, Now Montgomery County. [14] Hannah was born Chester, PA. Children Jonathan Humphrey: Hannah b 1725-10-11, Ann b 1727-04-19, Mary b 1729-02-10, Daniel b 1731-05-02, Jacob b 1731-05-02, Benjamin b 1732-06-17, Whitehead b 1734-03-20, Jonathan b 1735-12-23, Isaac b 1737-05-17, Amy b 1725.

Sarah Doughty was named as a daughter of Jacob Doughty and Amy Whitehead and as the wife of Humphries and mother of Amy. [15]
