1792 Robert Rogers and his son, Robert, were mentioned in the will of brother, John Rogers, of Windsor Twp, Middlesex County, New Jersey. [4]
1797 Robert Rogers Sr, of Windsor Twp, Middlesex County, dated his will on January 25. Real and personal to be equally divided between 11 children, i.e., sons, Henry, Robert, James and William, and daughters, Mary Robins, Rachel Wright, Artimacy Riddle, Ann Hartupee, Sarah Skydmore, Charlotte Lattimore and Annar Rogers. Executors - sons, Hennery and Robert. Witnesses - Josiah Appleton, Naomi Appleton and Thomas Pryor. Proved April 29, 1797. [5] [6]
1797 An inventory of the estate of Robert Rogers (value £150.7.11) was made on April 3 by Ezekiel Rogers and John Covenhoven. [7]
1801 The heirs of Robert Rogers deceased late of West Windsor, Middlesex County sold land from the estate of their father Robert Rogers deceased to Ezekiel Rogers of the same place on May 15. The heirs were named Henry Rogers, Robert Rogers, James Rogers, William Rogers, Mary Robins, Anna Hartupee, Artamacy Riddle, Charlotty Lattamor, Sarah Skidmore, Anner Rogers, and Rachel Wright [8]

(9=IX) Robert Rogers, son of John (2) is first met with May, 1776, when he and his brother John purchased of William and Jonathan Hutchinson the 108 acres on the southerly side of Assanpink Creek already mentioned. In the partition of their lands by Robert John and Matthew, September 9. 1757. Robert received the middle portion, bounded northerly by the creek, easterly by the lands of Matthew and westerly by those of John, apparently corresponding to the farm late owned and occupied by Jasper Hughes - He was evidently twice married - I have no information concerning his first wife; his second was Ann Holloway of Chesterfield, whom he married by a license dated December 28, 1760 the bond being given by Robert Rogers and Thomas Findal of New Windsor in the county of Middlesex, and Neal Curry of Chesterfield in the County of Burlington " (198) January 10, 1776, Robert Rogers of the County of Middlesex, and Ann his wife, conveyed to John Rogers, for $40, 22 acres on the southerly side of Allanpink, adjoining said John (2740)
The will of Robert Rogers (9) dated January 25, 1791, and proved April 29 of that year, described him as Robert Rogers of the township of Windsor in the county of Middlesex, and as being weak in body but of perfect mind. His wife is not mentioned - He divised his estate equally among his eleven children, who were as follows: Henry, Robert, James and William Rogers: Mary Robbins, Rachel Right, Artimacy Riddle, Ann Hartupee, Sarah Stydmore, Charlotte Lattimore, and Anna Rogers, Executors, my sons Hennery and Robert Rogers, Witnessed by Josiah Appleton, Naomi Appleton, Thos Pryor, (2449)
Robert Rogers, son of Robert (9) married Elizabeth Fowler, by a license dated September 16, 1780, the bond being signed by Robert Rogers and Amos Rogers, of Middlesex County "
Mary Rogers, daughter of Robert (9) married Samuel Robbin(s) son of Samuel (21) as is related on page 239.
Ann Rogers, daughter of Robert (9) is mentioned in his will as my daughter Ann Hartupee " She appears to have been the wife of Andrew Hartupee, and to have had four children, named Daniel, William, Sarah and Charles, who are mentioned in the will of John Rogers (8) as are three daughters of Charles, named Rachel, Vinah, and Catharine. The name of Hartupee appears to be extinct in this locality - (Book 2, page 197)
