Mrs. Martha A. Weigle, aged 63, died yesterday morning her home, 821 Myrtle street. She is survied by her husband, Samuel M. Weigle, and the following children: J. Frank Weigle, of Philadelphia; Edward H. Weigle, of Penbrook, manager of the Telegraph bookbindery, and Miss Bessie Weigle, at home; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Rhodes, of Philadelphia, and Mrs. Bailey Osler, of New Cumberland. Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon, at 2 o'clock. The Rev. Amos M. Stamets, pastor of the Augsburg Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will be made in the East Harrisburg Cemetery.

New Cumberland News; Samuel Weigle, 82, Dies NEW CUMBERLAND, July 29,- Samuel Meals Weigle, 82 years old, died at his home on Market street, yesterday, after an illness of several months. He was born in Adams County and when a young man moved to Harrisburg, where he resided forty years. Ten years ago he came to New Cumberland. He was a veteran of the Civil War being a private in Company G, 138th Regiment, Pennsylvania Volunteer Infantry. He is survived by two sons, Frank Weigle, of Lawrence Springs, N. J., and Edward Weigle, of Johnstown; two daughters, Mrs. G. Balley Osler, and Miss Bessie Weigle, of this place, and six grandchildren.

1925 Bessie Weigel, daughter of Samuel Weigel and Martha Harman Weigel, married Edward Dehart on April 2, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.[23]

1927 Edward H Weigel, printer, married died on October 22, at Bedford, Bedford County, Pennsylvania. Edward, son of Samuel Weigel (born in Adams County) and Martha Hannon (born in Shippensburg), was born on June 20, 1874. [24]

1951 Bessie Weigel DeHart died on August 29, and was buried at East Harrisburg Cemetery, Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania. [25]

1925 George Bailey Osler, spouse of Mary E Osler, died on October 13 in New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. He was born on May 7, 1876 in Harrisburg, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania, son of George W Osler and Anna Margaret Osler. [30] [31]
