1910 Nathan Baum (age 46, born in Ohio, married for 24 years) lived in Bucyrus Ward 4, Crawford County, Ohio, in a household with Leona Baum (46), Coral Baum (23), Guy Baum (18), and Harley Baum (15). Nathan Baum's parents were both born in Ohio. Nathan Baum could not read or write. Nathan Baum's occupation was weaving watchman. Nathan Baum's residence was a house, Mortgaged. [3]

1934 Nathan Baum, spouse of Leona Baum, died on January 12 in Bucyrus, Crawford County, Ohio. He was born on April 28, 1864 in Nevada, Wyandot County, Ohio, son of Jackson Baum and Margaret J Baum. [4]

1937 Leona (Reed) Baum died on November 28 in Bucyrus, Crawford County, Ohio. She was buried at Nevada Cemetery, Nevada, Ohio. She was born on February 4, 1862 in Wyandot County, Ohio, daughter of David Reed (born Virginia) and Mary Mason (born Virginia). Her deceased spouse was Nathan Baum. [5] [6]

Mrs. Leona Baum, 75, of 1410 Woodlawn avenue, died at her home Sunday at 11:30 a. m. of heart trouble after an illness which had her bedfast for the last four weeks.

Mrs. Baum was the daughter of David and Mary Mason Reed and a native of Wyandot county. She was born on 4, 1862.

On February 1886, she was Februarys united in marriage to Nathan Baum, who preceded her in death on January 9, 1934.

Surviving are the following children, Turok Baum of Wadsworth, Guy L. Baum of Bucyrus; a brother, F. A. Reed of Nevada, two sisters, Mrs. Dyma Brown and Mrs. Izora Fisher of Nevada. Two sons, Reed and Carroll Baum, a brother and a sister preceded her in death. Eleven grandchildren also survive.

Mrs. Baum was a member of First Methodist church and of the Sunday School.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 1 p. m. in the Henderson & Lutz Funeral home with Rev. J. W. Dowds, pastor of Brokensword Methodist church, officiating. Burial will be made in Nevada cemetery. Friends may call Tuesday evening at the Funeral home.
