1769 Thomas Bullock petitioned for forgiveness for his marriage out of unity with the Chesterfield, Burlington County, New Jersey meeting of Friends. [1]
1772 Thomas Bullock and Acsah Rockhill were married on December 19. [2]
1773 Two daughters were born to Thomas Bullock on April 7. [3]
1778 Achsah Bullock petitioned the Chesterfield meeting for acceptance after ackowledging her unchaste actions before her marriage to Thomas Bullock. [4] By 1779 she was no longer desirous of continuing with the Quakers. [5]
1799 James Brown, son of Samuel and Rebeckah Brown, married Hannah Ivins, daughter of Barzillai Ivins, deceased, and Margaret, his wife, both of Hanover Twp, Burlington County. They were married on February 14, at Upper Springfield, Monmouth County. Witnessed by Thomas Bullock, and many others. [6] [7]
1804 The will of John Bullock, of Hanover Twp, Burlington County, New Jersey, dated 9th day, 4th month, 1795, named sons Isaac and Amos, daughter Margaret Bispham, and the children of son Thomas (John, Benjamin, Samuel, Margaret and Achsah). Witnessed by Thomas Harrison, John Phares, and Hezekiah Fowler. Son, Isaac Bullock, executor, affirmed the will on the probate date, 22 May, 1804, at Mount Holly. [8]
