Whereas Jonathan Eldredge, dec'd, derived certain lands to my son, John Eldredge, which in case of his death before 21 was to descend to my 2 oldest daughters; then in that case the said two daughters are to be excluded from division of my estate, the residue to be divided only between my 3 youngest daughters when of age.
