The heirs named were Samuel Weaver of Earl Twp, Henry Weaver of Caernarvon Twp, Jacob Weaver and wife Catharine of Earl Twp, daughters Barbara and Elizabeth, [9] An article about the Bowman family states that the deed named 7 children of Jacob and cites the 1741 Patent A9-549.
