1723 Nathan Folwell (under age) was named as a son in the will of his father Nathan Folwell, dated June 14. [1]

1724 Nathan Folwell and Elizabeth Bullock made their first declaration of intention to marry. Thomasin Pancoast and Mary Brown were to enquire about Elizabeth's clearness to marry. Dated 6 of month 12 (February), 1723/24. [2] [3]

1724 Nathan Folwell Jr and Elizabeth Bullock made their second declaration of intention to marry, as recorded on 5th of ye 1st m (March), 1724, in the Chesterfield, Burlington County, monthly meeting minutes. [4] [5] [6] [7] [8] [9] [10]

1741 Elizabeth Folwell was named as a daughter of John Bullock in his will. [11]

1745 Nathan Folwell, perhaps this one, was a freeholder in Springfield Township, Burlington County, New Jersey. Date: April 15. [12]

1745 Daughter Mary Folwell and Samuel Newton were married on November 15 in Pennsylvania. [13]

1749 Son Nathan Folwell Junior and Jane Chalmer were married out of unity with the Quakers. [14] [15] [16]

1757 Elizabeth Folwell was named as a daughter-in-law in the will of Elizabeth's step-mother Susannah Wright Bullock. [17]

1760 Nathan Folwell, of Springfield, Burlington County, yeoman dated his will on January 3. Wife Elizabeth was named as sole Executrix. Children: Nathan, John, Mary (wife of Samuel Newton), Thomas, Elizabeth and Sary (wife of John Atkinson). Real and personal estate. Witnesses: Joseph Atkinson, Daniel Zely, Jonathan Fenimore. Proved April 23, 1760. [18]

1760 Elizabeth Folwell, of Burlington County, dated her will on December 1. Children: Mary (wife of Samuel Newton), John, Sarah, Nathan, Thomas and Elizabeth. Grandchildren: Elizabeth, Susannah and Mary Newton; Ann, daughter of son Nathan; Jean Atkinson and George Folwell. Personal property. Executors: son Thomas. Witnesses: Solomon Shinn, Jonathan Fenimore. Proved Dec. 13, 1760. [19]

1810 The estate of son-in-law Samuel Newton of New Jersey was administered. The will was dated October 22, 1798. The administration took place on August 22, 1810 in Wellingborough, Burlington County, New Jersey. The will named Samuel Newton and Isaac (Son). [20]

1715 Nathan Folwell was a bondsman for the will of Isaac Ong of Burlington County, New Jersey. [22]

1718 Nathan Folwell was a executor for the will of Alice Pettit of Burlington County, New Jersey. [23]

1718 Nathan Folwell prepared the inventory for the will of Moses Pettit of Mansfield, Burlington County, New Jersey. [24]

1721 Michael Newbold, of Springfield, Burlington County, dated his will on November 29. Children Thomas, Michael, Barzilla, Ann Beetle, Sarah and Margerett. Home farm, a farm of 300 acres, bought of Nicholas Brown, 600 acres in the upper part of Springfield Township, 400 acres in Hunterdon Co. Personal property: a negro man. Executors: son Thomas, ZebuIon Cleayton and Asher Cleayton. Witnesses: Wm. Biddle, Mary Cleayton, Elizabeth Bullock, Richard Lawrence. Proved December 15, 1721. [25]

1722 Nathan Folwell prepared the inventory for the will of Samuel Marriott of Burlington County, New Jersey. [26]

1722 Nathan Folwell prepared the inventory for the will of Edward Rockhill of Burlington County, New Jersey. [27]

1728 Nathan Folwell was a bondsman for the will of Clement Shinn of Burlington County, New Jersey. [28]

1730 Nathan Folwell prepared the inventory for the will of James Scott of Burlington County, New Jersey. [29]

1776 Samuel Eyre [son-in-law] and Nathan Folwell [son] served as Quaker jurors for the County of Burlington. Their signatures appear on court documents. [30] [31] [32] [33] The name Thomas Folwell also appears. [34]
