1839 The will of Thomas Boulware of Fairfield, South Carolina was dated March 28. The will named Thomas Boulware, Martha Boulware (Wife), Thomas (Son), Musco (Son), Eliza (Daughter), Reuben (Son), Francis Boulware (Son), Benjamin Boulware (Son), Nancy (Daughter), Joanah (Daughter), and Sarah (Daughter). The will named enslaved persons Big Kendal, Sarah, Judy, Aaron, Amelia, Clara, Isabel, Esther, Matilda, Lewis, Viney, George, Peggy, Jerry, William, Little Kendal, Litle Jim, Mariah, Jefferson, Louiza, Solomon, Hannah, Adam, Martha, Phillis, Big Jim, Nancy, William, Harriet, Caroline, Charity, Epsey, Nelson, Eleck, Eliza, Milley, Ailsie, Byrd, and Lewis. No probate date was recorded. [1] [2]

1840 A petition to the court by Nancy Lewis states that Thomas Boulware died in 1840, soon after his will was written. [3]

1841 Stirling Tidwell brought suit against Benjamin Boulware and James Barber on April 9 to collect a debt due from the estate of Thomas Boulware. [4]

1842 James Cathcart brought suit against Benjamin Boulware and James Barber on August 11 to collect a debt due from the estate of Thomas Boulware. [5]

1842 Adam Barber brought suit against Benjamin Boulware and James Barber in September to collect a debt due from the estate of Thomas Boulware. [6]

1843 Nancy A Lewis and husband Littleton Lewis petitioned the court concerning Benjamin Boulware and James Barber, executors of the estate of Thomas Boulware. They petitioned to subpoena Benjamin Boulware, James Barber, Moses Boulware, Martha Boulware, Joanna Boulware, Robert Boulware, Sarah Boulware, Francis Boulware, William Boulware, Benjamin Boulware Jr, and Eiza Boulware. [7]

1850 Martha Boulware (age 50, born in Georgia) lived in Fairfield County, South Carolina, in a household with Anna Boulware (24), Sarah Paulding (22), William Boulware (19), Thomas Boulware (17), Robert Boulware (16), Eliza Boulware (12), Martha Paulding (6), Falcon Paulding (4), Henry Paulding (1), Benjamin Boulware (21), and Thomas Lewis (8). [8]

1857 Thomas P Boulware of Alachua County, Florida sold land to Adam Barber of Fairfield District, South Carolina. Thomas P Boulware was a son of Thomas and Nancy Boulware. Thomas Boulware had purchased the land from the estate of David W Hollis. The land was devised to Thomas P Boulware by the will of his father upon Thomas P Boulware reaching age 21. [9]

1860 Martha Boulware (age 60, born in South Carolina) lived in Division 17, Alachua County, Florida, in a household with William P Boulware (29), Thomas P Boulware (27), Thomas B Lewis (18), and Louis Swindle (21). Martha Boulware was a farmer. [10]

1920 Thomas Pickett Boulware died on September 8 in Grimes County, Texas. Thomas Pickett Boulware was born on April 14, 1833 in Fairfield County, South Carolina. [11]
