1838 On May 22, Nancy Sultzbach, wife of John Sultzbach of Upper Paxton Twp, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania claimed entitlement to $43 + $612.50 from the sale of land in the estate of Henry Forrey. She asked that the money be transferred to her husband and the judge (George Barnitz) agreed that she did so without any threat or compulsion on the part of her husband.
