I've often seen crows and ravens playing, just for the sake of having fun, it seems. Haven't often seen it in other birds, tho. At the corner of Parker and Liberty roads the water is still frozen. There were several American Tree Sparrows jumping off the shrubs and sliding on the ice, then flying back to the shrub branch (a couple of inches off the ice) and jumping off again, sliding and fluttering. They did this repeatedly the whole time I was there. It was absolutely adorable.
