Subject: Re: FAQ, but: Is there any way to work with Quark on a Linux-Server?

This is a standard setup for my company's netatalk servers. I have
modified the sys/linux/Makefile in the netatalk source dir, and added:
DEFS= -DUSE_FLOCK_LOCKS
to the top of the file. This allows our server to work quite happily
all day with Quark. We still remind our clients that using Quark
files over a network is risky, but one client of ours has 25
designers working for over 2 years with only 1 corrupt file. We still
use asun214 pre37.
