What happens if you change the order that they're listed in
AppleVolumes? Is it always the first two listed in the file that show
up? Also, the default location that netatalk looks for its files changes
from version to version. Make sure that if you modify the name of the
volume in AppleVolumes.* and restart afpd that the name *does*
change. If not, it's reading a different copy of
AppleVolumes.default.
