I have had some problems compiling pre39 on Suse 6.2, but I managed to
buildt something using make -i.

I kept my configuration files (afpd.conf / atalkd.conf /Applevolumes ++)

The aliases worked fine when I restarted, but not after I had added some
folders, and restarted again,
the aliases pointed to the wrong direction. Aliases to files were working
all the time.

Is this because I did not compile proberly?
