Quiet clear:
You have more than one network card and neither of them has an AppleTalk router attached which tells atalkd the right configuration of the interfaces. Remember: With every network interface you have, you must use different network numbers to get routing to work.
So atalkd must be told which configuation for which card to use and that atalkd should distribute this information (seeding).
