Jim,

Your script doesn't account for zones with spaces in the name. Change
the following line as such:
 
<cmd = "/usr/local/atalk/bin/nbplkup @" zones[i]
>cmd = "/usr/local/atalk/bin/nbplkup \"@" zones[i] "\""
