The same old one since Quark XPress 1.0. We've been shouting at them for
years. They have adopted the MS business model - rake in the cash,
ignore clients...
And when you can't open the file any more and the only solution is to
trash it and it represents 10 days work and there is no backup copy...
Been there seen that.
