Yes, that works globally. I was thinking more of a mix-and-and match
approach (eg, I want the writeable volumes to be IP and the read-only
AppleTalk). Couldn't find anything relevant in the man pages for afpd.

Found out in my explorations that netatalk wasn't using the
/etc/atalk/afpd.conf by default until I passed that to it on startup.
