Here's some more info on this codewarrior problem. Anyone have any
suggestions on this guy?

Maybe this clue will help you. I tried to a file comparison with CodeWarrior of a file (local) and a file on the network and actually got an error code. It reported -45 "File is locked". I don't beleive the file _is_ locked, but some error is causing this mis-reported error.
