Any extra reason why we fsync in flush_fork besides 1) the AFP specs
might require it 2) as a common data safety measure 3) what else should
we do in flush_fork otherwise then?

Does this happen at FPEnumerate time as well?

Just thoughts...

I for one have commented them out for now (but I'm doing other abnormal
things regarding syncing as well). I 'feel' it thrashes less now.
