Dear all,

I have a problem where several printers are reachable if I "ping"
their appletalk address with aecho but don't show up in the list generated
by nbplkup.

eddie{jon}64: nbplkup | & grep 129
eddie{jon}65: aecho 1.129
14 bytes from 1.129: aep_seq=0. time=2. ms
14 bytes from 1.129: aep_seq=1. time=2. ms
^C
----1.129 AEP Statistics----
2 packets sent, 2 packets received, 0% packet loss
round-trip (ms) min/avg/max = 2/2/2

Does anbybody know what's going on here ?

This is on Solaris 2.6 with the kernel module from netatalk 971027
and the rest from asun2.0a18.2. The printers are HP laser jet 4s.

Thanks in advance.

Jon
