there is somethig called lw360f in Hylafax contrib directory, at
ftp://ftp.sgi.com/sgi/fax/contrib/lw360f/

Hylafax & netatalk (and possible CAP) to allow faxes to be sent
from a Macintosh using the Adobe (Apple) Laserwriter 'f' series of
