Ingredients
- 1 cup lundberg wild blend rice
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon butter
- salt
- ¼ cup chopped celery
- 1 cup mushroom, sliced
- 1 small red onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tablespoons butter, or olive oil
- 3 tablespoons teriyaki
Method
1. Rice: Rince rice. put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork. |
2. In a separate pan saute vegetables and garlic in teh butter or oil in medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve. |
