Method

1. Rice: Rince rice. put all ingredients in a pot with a tight-fitting lid. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 45 minutes. Do not remove lid. Remove from heat and allow to sit covered for 10 minutes. Fluff with fork.
2. In a separate pan saute vegetables and garlic in teh butter or oil in medium heat for 5-7 minutes. Add teriyaki and simmer until liquid is absorbed. Stir in the rice and serve.
