ModAudSES: Choose the modal audience�s socioeconomic status in this field. For example, if the highest frequency of the source�s audience is middle-class, the ModAudSES would be Middle Class.
How can you tell what the audience�s socieconomic status is?
If it�s a magazine, look at the ads --- are they advertising expensive or cheap items? Think of the difference between the ads in Teen and Vogue magazine. Other good places to check out the readership of a magazine are the readers� letters section and the editorials.
If it�s a book, is it a hardcover or a paperback? Illustrations? Color or not?
How many pages is it? Etc.
