ud X.500 Directory Client
Overview
ud is an X.500 directory client (DUA)
that uses the
LDAP protocol. It runs in a simple line-oriented
fashion under many versions of Unix, and provides search and modify access
to the directory. ud requires an
LDAP server
to talk to in order to run.
ud is part of the
U-M LDAP
package. The latest version is available as part of the Unix tar file
ldap.tar.Z
