Silica Gel Flash Chromatography
A quick and easy way to separate complex mixture of compounds. The adsorbent in this chromatography is a solid, the silica gel. While the mobile phase is either a pure solvent or a mixture of different solvents.It is called flash because pressure is used to faciliate the movement of the solvent down the column.
