Numerical cataloging strategy of William C. Arlinghaus
(WCA)
The genealogy beginning point is Johan Gerhard Jakob Arlinghaus
(02/11/1790-01/03/1854).
All numbering is based upon this starting point. For example, my
(WCA) son is William Edward Arlinghaus, #72121.....this means
that he is the 1st child of the 2nd child of the 1st child of
the 2nd child of the 7th child of Johan and his wife Catharina.
Appended symbols might have various meanings: For example,
's' for 'spouse'; 'ss' or 's2' for second spouse; 'p'
for 'partner'; 'd' for 'divorced.
