Atari and Amiga Schoonschip distributions. ------------------------------------------ Schoonschip for both the Atari and the Amiga versions have been tested extensively on the Motorola 68000 microprocessor (Atari ST, Amiga 2000) and the Amiga version has been tested with the 68030 (Amiga 3000). It has not been tested on the Atari TT, nor on the Amiga 1000, but there is no reason to expect it to fail on those machines. The Atari and Amiga versions of the Schoonschip archive are both compressed with the program lharc, indicated by the .LZH filename extension. To extract one of these archive files using lharc on the Amiga: lharc -x e SDocsAMI This produces a directory within the current directory, containing the files in the archive, which also happens to be named "SDocsAMI". This should work the same way on the Atari, but has not been tested. The inverse process, to archive a directory SDocsAMI containing files is: lharc -a -x a SDocsAMI/* SDocsAMI This produces a compressed archive file SDocsAMI.LZH. The process is similar for the other Amiga archive file needed for a complete set, SchipAMI_S.LZH (small workspace) or SchipAMI.LZH (standard workspace), and for the Atari files SchipATA.LZH, and SDocsATA.LZH. dnw, 10-Oct-91
