August 1, 2007:Hi everyone,
I just wanted to get you all on the same page regarding the launch that will happen on the 28th on September. Kip is building/ has built a 3 stage rocket, which should go about 60-70 thousand feet in altitude and will probably set a national altitude record. More info on the project is available here.
We want to do this launch as a part of MASA, which means we want MASA members to come to the launch, which is outside of Reno, NV. I'm planning on having about 75% of your expenses covered, if you want to come.
