Hotel reservations for invited speakers will be arranged by the program secretary.
The Summer School program will cover the housing costs for those that select to share a dorm room at the Couzens Hall Dormitory. For those interested in staying at the Dormitory during the duration of the program, these reservations need to be made by the program secretary as they do not take external reservations. Please select "Couzens Hall" for your accommodations at registration. Once the rooming list is complete you will receive an email confirming your reservation. With limited funds available, we can only gaurantee to cover the room costs at the Dormitory for each particpant at this time.
If you prefer other accommodations, you are responsible for making that reservation and covering those costs. For those that select accommodations other than the dormitory, then you will need to confirm your reservation with that hotel directly unless you are an invited speaker. It is best to make reservations early to guarentee room availability.
